NO on A – 2020 ‘strong mayor’ campaign

While Sacramento’s Mayor Darrell Steinberg has amassed over $200,000 for his ‘strong mayor’ power grab, community organizers and some local political players have banded together to raise nearly $35,000 in the fight against Measure A.
One committee not included in this list is the local firefighters’ union, which opposes ‘strong mayor’ but has not yet put any money into the campaign. If they do, that could spell big trouble for the mayor.
