VOICES: River City, Episode 147: The thinning blue line

Police abolitionists and the Defund the Police movement have seen a number of wins throughout the nation, with qualified immunity being outlawed in New York CityPortland cops leaving the department in droves, and Austin, TX, defunding their police force in favor of affordable housing.
